Joe, a lifelong resident of Bucks County, growing up in Warrington before settling in Doylestown with his high school sweetheart, Patty, is a successful real estate agent and entrepreneur. With over 50 years of real estate experience, Joe has used his love of the area, home market expertise and 60+ years of business connections to help Thousands of homeowners buy and sell their homes.

Over the years Joe received not only top distinctions and awards for his sales but also established himself as a go-to reference for recommendations for companies, contractors, landscapers, etc. to use during the buying and selling process. His colleagues and even previous clients continuously called on Joe for recommendations since he seemed to have the contact sheet or book rather for all the top-rated, quality providers. An idea guy at heart, when Joe reflected on his connections and “go-to guy” role, he turned his contact book into more. A free, public, no membership, no-nonsense webpage for agents and the community to use to quickly identify top-rated service providers with confidence and without wasting precious time. And thus with the creative input from Dan Doherty owner of, was created.

Joe credits Jim Weichert of Weichert Realtors, Wes Foster of Long and Foster, and Berkshire Hathaway Fox Roach for where he learned the meaning of client experience and quality. Those same industry leaders who he credits have called on him to list & sell real estate and maintain world-class service, were quality and detail change the client experience.

Joe & Patty still live in Doylestown where they maintain lifelong relationships in the community and continue to pour their love into their three children and seven grandchildren- their greatest accomplishments. Joe honorably served his country as a member the United States Air Force, which is an accomplishment he has immense pride in. In his free time, Joe loves, gardening, hiking, biking, kayaking fishing, traveling and kicking back, and enjoying his 7 grand children.

From there, I started helping app developers with their social media, which evolved into me helping all types of small businesses and entrepreneurs with their social media game.

When I’m not creating, scheduling, and reviewing social media - I spend time with my three tween/teen daughters exploring local places and taking drives across the country! They keep me on my toes and have taught me to look at the world in a much different way.

Started out in graphic design and marketing in 1997. Loves connecting with people on a personal level, being creative and learning how to help each company with their advertising needs. Dealings with company sizes from 1 to 150 employees, small business to large franchises every company is important!

Loves the outdoors, hiking, ATVs, snowboarding and just breathing in the fresh air. Big traveler and site seer, wants to visit all the areas people don’t normally see. Has two wonderful kids and enjoys watching them grow. “Always looking for inspirations where ever they may be!
